A friend of mine was nice enough to gift us enough DVC points to have two one night stays at a DVC hotel and it really couldn’t have come at a better time. We had just been lamenting the fact that Christmas was going to be a very pared back experience this year and now, all of a sudden, we can go visit some new places close by and take in the Christmas sights.

This particular tree is in the lobby of Jambo House at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The tree looked so well done and the lighting was perfect and there was no one else around, so I had my stepdaughter Jordan walk up so I could capture her silhouette against the tree. It would’ve been cool if this was entirely candid, but she was taking several pictures herself so I had to ask her to pose for this one.
