Despite the fact that this place is called The Glass Knife, all the glass knives are tucked into the table as display and you’re given a golden fork. I think it’d make more sense to call this place The Golden Fork, but I really don’t care so long as their desserts continue to be delicious. This banana nut cake truffle thing was to die for.
